I received my order quickly and it was in good condition. My only problem is that I ordered the wrong size and now cannot use my new standard silk pillow case with my queen size pillow. : (

Not a comfortable fit and it shifts during the night. I had measured my circumference and this is the correct size but it’s just not comfortable.

I was really disappointed that the shown colors for each set of scrunchies was not accurate. I had really thoughtfully chosen which sets of scrunchies to order based on what colors would be in the package and what I like to wear. For the dark grey in the garnet set to be replaced with a pastel green was extremely disappointing. The quality of the silk is great as always, I’ve purchased many pillowcases here.

I ordered 2 pillowcases and 1 sleep bonnet. I only received 1 pillowcase, I have sent emails and have not heard a response. I won’t be able to get my money back; I will go to blissy and see if they’re comparable. I do feel a difference in my skin and my hair, I really appreciate how affordable their products are. I wish the customer service was taken seriously and the same goes for quality control. Maybe they’ll get back to me, but that’s unlikely. Try at your own risk and make sure you receive what you pay for.
