I have had a great experience. So far I have received my orders in a timely fashion.

I like the softener, had stopped using all the perfumed ones, and I love the signature scent, just wish it would transfer to the clothes a little more so that I can smell the freshness.

This freshener does a good job of removing odors from my kitchen and my living room where my dog spends most of her time!
