Customer service is horrible they don’t care if you’re happy or not if they can make a buck on you is what it comes down to don’t return phone calls it’s hard to get a hold of anyone make sure you do your research before you buy

Awful. It smells and is way too soft and the company will not let me return it, they won’t honor their so called “no questions asked” satisfaction guarantee return policy. Basically seems like a scam company. Once you have the mattress, if you want to return it, they stop answering emails or the phone. Pretty dishonest. Steer clear.
