Although I was initially unable to reach anyone at Essentia by phone, once I switched to their live chat, everything went very smoothly. Kellie was super helpful, got me a great price, and answered all my questions. I was worried about how long the mattress would take to ship, but it got here much more quickly than I expected. The consumer reports rating on mattresses led to my interest in this company's mattresses. Being hesitant to buy a mattress without trying it in person, I put off buying until visiting Chicago for vacation. In the store, the sales person was patient and very knowledgeable of the different mattresses. We (my wife an 3 children) tried every mattress in the store before buying it, the Vertebase 2.0, and two pillows. The mattress arrived within the expected time frame via FedEX, and it's really improved our quality of life. I used to wake up feeling like I had been through a car wreck (neck/back pain) when I shouldn't have either. Now, I wake up pain free. I wish I would have purchased this sooner, although I may have decided on a mattress other than the one I chose had I not tried it in person. I love the Dormeuse.

I am a light sleeper, my husband is not! Now when he thrashes around I don't feel it! Hooray!
