We knew exactly when to expect delivery and when it arrived on our porch.

Essentia did a good job. Our shipment was delayed due to a manufacturing slow down related to covid. Every time we reached out to customer service via chat, we received realistic info. One area for improvement is that we didn’t find out about delays until the dates passed (no automated communication), but the customer service people had answers when we reached out.

Worth the money. Knowledgeable and patient customer care reps. Best sleeping ever in my life.

The consumer reports rating on mattresses led to my interest in this company's mattresses. Being hesitant to buy a mattress without trying it in person, I put off buying until visiting Chicago for vacation. In the store, the sales person was patient and very knowledgeable of the different mattresses. We (my wife an 3 children) tried every mattress in the store before buying it, the Vertebase 2.0, and two pillows. The mattress arrived within the expected time frame via FedEX, and it's really improved our quality of life. I used to wake up feeling like I had been through a car wreck (neck/back pain) when I shouldn't have either. Now, I wake up pain free. I wish I would have purchased this sooner, although I may have decided on a mattress other than the one I chose had I not tried it in person. I love the Dormeuse.
