Essentia was professional, accurate on manufacturing and delivery schedule. I love their company mission and care for our planet which shows in their products. Their costumer service was top notch, polite and informative. I will absolutely purchase from this company again. Was concerned about Pilot being the delivery company as I’ve had issues with them in the past and they are not a top notch freight company, however it went well. The delivery was timely and provided the service we requested. Thank you Essentia!
