I appreciate being able to buy an affordable non-toxic mattress. I purchased the Kiwi for one child and the Avocado Eco for the other… while I think the mattresses are very comparable, my kids are fighting over the Avocado because it’s more comfortable. I will need to return the Kiwi for another Avocado Eco or purchase a mattress topper, which is a bit of a bummer.

When I was mattress shopping in November, the site said mattresses would arrive within 2 weeks. However, after I placed an order, I immediately received an email saying it would be 3-6 weeks. Disappointment as the first thing a customer feels after ordering is probably not what you want! I can certainly understand increased shipping times, but those should have been advertised correctly up front so customers know what to expect. I see it has now been updated on the website which is good.

I love the fact that it’s chemical free and affordable, however I wish the bed could be softer without having to spend more on a topper. Without the topper it is way too firm. I love everything else about it and it did not have an odor at all.
