Love the medium support pillow with my muse mattress!

I like the firmness/support.

I really like that the cover comes off and is washable, and the plastic case it came in has a small loop that can be fastened to a purse or backpack strap and carried with it, leaving my hands free. It's comfortable, although I wish the ends of the "U" were a bit longer.

Needed a big roomy king mattress because...the dog. Took advantage of a Labor Day sale on the Muse, and it’s been good sleeping since night one. We’re both side sleepers (and the doggo is a stomach sleeper if you wanna know) so we bought the soft version after reading many reviews of people who bought medium and then wished for soft. Well, we think it’s soft and comfortable (for a memory foam mattress, which is not lofty.) It’s a supportive mattress, which we happen to prefer. Been three months now, and seems to spring back every time. The material the mattress is covered with is (shockingly, as advertised,) cool to the touch. I found it too slippery to hold the sheets, so I bought a very thin terry cloth-like (not padded) mattress cover with approximately sixteen trillion five-star reviews on Amazon. It holds the sheets in position, yet allows the surface to remain cool-ish. I’m definitely sleeping cooler (as I prefer) on the Muse than on our previous name brand traditional spring mattress. It’d get five stars here if the mattress cover it comes with wasn’t so slippery, so R & D, start your engines. That’s a lot of words just to say it’s a good mattress that works well.

I like the pillow a lot. My only complaint is that I can feel the stitching of the cover a little bit through my pillow case.
