Leaking bottle

The spray repellent was broken - leaked in bag and all over box. I sent an email and have not heard anything. Somehow continuous emails asking me to buy more stuff I don’t need keep coming but a defective product and a request for a replacement is ignored. Not a good business model.

Have yet to receive product; received email from customer service rep requesting address a second time because online form didn’t include my entire address, which apparently delaying delivery. Your process has room for improvement.

Received a damaged bottle that

Received a damaged bottle that leaked over everything because it wasn’t packed well. I tried contacting the company, but have not yet heard back from them.

Missing Orders

Ordering was perfect, as usual. However, I was on my front porch when the FedEx driver passed my home and said they delivered. Contacted FedEx & Murphy's, both have responded ... still waiting on resolution. I don't have my order or my money.
