Very quick response (i. e. shipment) after order was placed. Shipment arrives 1 or 2 days after order is shipped.

I got a notice that my package had been delivered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement order. I’m a Mulberry Parks customer for all my silk needs!
