Didn’t hear from you for 2.5 weeks after the confirmation email. A check in would be nice (even automated) to say that the order is in queue and will be fulfilled. I understand there are shipping delays currently, but it’s unnerving when you purchase for a deadline and don’t hear from the vendor. Other than that everything was smooth and I will order again.

Experience was good. Shipping was well communicated, though I would have liked it a bit quicker out of the warehouse. Ordering process was clear.
