It's an awesome suribachi. Makes quick work of grinding things, and is a nice big size so you can make a sauce right in the bowl and then add what needs to be dressed. And it is lovely looking.

I cook a lot of seafood at home. These are so much better than the regular paper towels you buy at the super market. Whenever I thaw my fish, these towels do a much better job soaking up the extra water and makes it thaw faster. No doubt, just buy it! I'm ordering my second one now.
