I have dealt with MTC Kitchen for years. They are one of the best knife dealers in the US. Many newly sprung knife dealers are owned by these very left wing idealistic kids and MTC Kitchen is not that. They are an established business who will be around for a long time because they are professional and run their business like a real business and not as a platform to make political statements. They give great service no matter what your political views are which has nothing to do with selling Japanese knives. They have a person who is the head of their online sales and he is wonderful. They have picked knives out for me to my specifications and have put knives aside for me because they want to keep me as a customer. They have wonderful events every year and it is one of my favorite things to go to. I am always encouraging them to enlarge their knife offerings because I would like to buy all my knives from them. I will support any business that treats customers properly and equally because they care about keeping you as a customer for the long run.
