Mixed review

My initial exposure to MCG was trying to find a black ZZ plant, sold in Ca. I found MCG had one on their site. I ordered one and a snake plant, and some succulent and fert. The plants came from Florida, broken and rotten to the core. Very expensive ZZ, $85. Sad to see a grower shipping that, and the heartbreak of opening the box and seeing such badly grown plants (the snake plant had it's issues too. ) I was given my money back on store credit at MCG. So I ordered succulents with that, plus another order. The succulents have been mostly good, though I got my money back on a couple. I like that MCG is family owned.

Ruby red succulent

I recently ordered several succulents. They really looked bad. The ruby red one was completely dead.

Really liked some products ordered but not all

I ordered a lot from here and really happy with a lot of the plants but also really disappointed in a lot. About 50/50 on happy versus disappointed. So many of the pretty colors shown in the product photos aren’t present in the plants received. If they didn’t have each plant labeled, I wouldn’t be able to tell which was which. Also ordered some larger pots on my last order and they look a beating. One very large echeveria I ordered broke all its top leaves and looks awful.

Okay. Quality used to be much better :(

I order alot form this site, so I can definitely speak to changes and quality. This last shipment was not good. Quality and species of succulents were not up to par. They always need to bounce back when received but some just couldnt and the shipping packaging has changed. Looks like they are cutting costs where they can and the variety packs and shipping supplies are one of the areas. I like MCG otherwise rating is 2 stars at best

The plants were very dry.

The plants were very dry. More than orders I received from you before. I watered right away but don’t know if they will survive. They were also very small.
