I placed two huge orders and items were either mushy, missing or damaged in transit. I was told I would get a full refund for both, and it’s been almost a month.

Complaint
Order #768345. I sent you a long note to email a week ago - you never received it. Of all the plants in this order - all arrived dead except for Irene -which grows in snow and possibly the zebra.
I paid for fast shipping and USPS took 10 days. They are to blame - but I am not happy! I have all the times and dates that were entered - I will try to email you again.
The baseball plant arrived fine.
I made a mistake and cancelled AMX for that order - not intended. . .
I am sorry to dump all this on you - Christmas morning too! But I had time, plus - this was my present to myself. . . !

My order 768489 came. I was waiting at the door for them so they wouldn't freeze. Most of the dirt was in the bottom of the box and 5 plants were dead and falling apart.
