Everything relating my purchase and my 3 perience with my new grill is great. I’d put monument grill up to against any of the thousands of dollar grills and sure monument will outperform in any aspect.

It was very easy to order the part I needed and it was delivered a week before the ETA.

Initially I orded the wrong part - an inch or 2 too short. Realizing this I called, got the right part, ordered it and got the return label and a refund all at once. All very efficient and customer friendly. The rep was excellent.
