Really enjoy my quality grill. Jose in customer service was outstanding and a true professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions including the debate over cast iron or stainless grates. Also helped me to decide between a window or no window grill and pros and cons of each. He is a true ambassador of your company and made me feel good about doing business with Monument. The packaging of the grill was impressive as was the engineering on the grill. The grill is a little cooler on the backside but that is where the vent is and the wheels look more at home on an office chair but do work. Very minor criticisms but so happy with my purchase; the grill itself including appearance, the service and your company. Think it is a good value for the money and glad I didn't buy another cheap grill or go for another overpriced brand. I had a Memorial Day BBQ and all of my friends were impressed with the food and my new grill. Thanks Monument.
