Good purchase!

Very good grill, amazed at how fast it gets up to temperature.

Customer service very easy to work with! I ordered the wrong parts and they helped me get the correct parts and to return the incorrect ones.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AT MONUMENT GRILLS. ORDER A 415BZ GRILL OF THE WEB SITE AFTER HOURS OF RESEARCH. WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE BOX WAS DAMMAGED ON ONE CORNER AND ONE END, THANK YOU FEDEX! CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SENT SOME PICTURES AND MY SECOND GRILL WAS ON THE WAY. ONCE ASSEMBLED WOW! IT'S PRETTY SOLID AND IT BBQ AWESOME. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A DESCENT PRICE AND A VERY GOOD COOKING GRILL THIS IS IT.
