Advertised an item and had it on the website, went through whole order process only to be called a day later they didn’t have it. Also a little skimpy on the rocks for decoration.

Disappointing!

Ms. Biasotti is my contractor for a remodel of our home. We wanted an electric fireplace for the living room. Ms. Biasotti ordered your product based on pictures on your website. The fireplace came and the pictures on the box looked good. It was installed and the display was nowhere close to the pictures on the internet and box. The image in the fireplace only came up half way on the display. Ms. Biasotti discussed the problem with your technicians. They had no solutions and indicated that that is just how it is. It would be embarrassing to have it in our house. We decided to return the fireplace. Ms. Biasotti made contact with your staff and it was agreed that Modern Blaze would pay for the return shipping. Now they are balking. You need to abide by your written agreement to pay for the return shipping. The whole Modern Blaze experience from the product to the service has been unsatisfactory. We purchased a Dimplex fireplace and it is beautiful. You might want to buy one and reverse engineer it to produce an acceptable product. Make good on your agreement and pay for the shipping! If this issue drags on, I will actively provide reviews to various blogs and websites regarding my experience with your company.
