I cannot speak to the quality of the product because I am still waiting for it to arrive 3 weeks after I ordered. I’m usually a low maintenance customer, but I was continually misled about when my order would be shipped, so I didn’t seek out other cord while I waited. As a result, I missed the chance to make handmade gifts in time for my friends’ events. Very disappointed and won’t order from here again. I placed my order on a Sunday, and at that time the order page said processing time was 1-2 days. I emailed the following Friday when my order still has not shipped, to inquire about the status. I was told they were behind fulfilling orders but mine would “definitely ship this weekend”. I finally got the “label created” email the next Wednesday (10 days after I ordered), and the tracking showed that the package was actually dispatched a full week later (17 days after I ordered). It’s currently 3 full weeks since I placed my order and it has not yet arrived. I was planning to use this cord to make gifts for a baby shower and birthday. If I had been given accurate information at any point in this process (when my items would actually ship, that is), I could have gotten replacement cord in time. I just kept waiting, assuming the package would arrive in a reasonable amount of time. It didn’t and I don’t have time now to make the gift for the baby shower I am attending tomorrow. And expedited a shipment of cord from another supplier so that maybe I can still make the birthday present on time.
