Shipping could have been a bit quicker but it was still good.

I’m a new customer. I have been wanting to try cotton cord as I have always used polyprolene cord for the handbags I make. I placed my order on Feb. 19 and didn’t receive it until Mar. 7. I understand there were shipping problems due to weather. However, what I don’t understand is the price decrease in just a few weeks of the 4mm 100% recycled cotton cord bundles. I was pretty chagrined to see that I paid $12.00 per bundle for the same item now selling for $8.00 per bundle, a huge difference. There are no notices about this being on sale now, either. So, I haven’t even tried the cord yet but I’m already unhappy with my purchase because I feel like I have been cheated. Do your prices always fluctuate so much?

Not sure what is happening since many of the items are not in stock. I have been looking for months for some items. Is there a financial problem since other companies have stock of similar items? Items that are on sale and no longer available are still listed on sale. I have been a huge follower of your supplies, but now wonder what is going on.

It says 80' to 100'. I ordered 8 bundles and not one of them had a 100'. All were just inches over 80' and only one was 91'. Not one of them was 100' so I'm disappointed. It was black rope and had white specks all over them that I have to pick it off. I have to measure rope for my projects and this just makes me have to order another bundle and pay shipping on top of that. So unfair. The actual product of the rope was excellent except for the white specs. I will still order for yall.
