The coffee table is brilliant. The delivery service was horrible. 1. The first delivery was sent to my nominated pick up sender without right details.So for two weeks, it could not be located. 2. When I eventually got the delivery it was two glass tops only - obviously not enough to make a table. 3. After emails Mode promised to rectify that week- did not happen. 4. Redelivery made another week later. If this is Mode's mode of operation I am more than moderately unimpressed.

Delivery was delayed as the warehouse could not locate items, they said they would deliver one unit and the second as and when they find it. When they arrived the build quality is good, but the soft close drawers hardly close at all let alone soft close.

Nice product, not the shelves are at an angle, would be great for shoes. Really let down by the delivery service.

Not well designed difficult to open drawers

I am still waiting delivery since December, i cant rate now
