Really like the look and quality of the unit but draws were hard to open as no handles, l thought they had hidden handles and when l sent an email to customer service explaining that the only way we could open the draws was to use our fingernails in the gap at the top to pull the draws forward!!!! We received a reply saying you would need to open the draws from the top by pulling out, as you have not included handles for this particular unit. I had to buy 3 chrome handles @ £12.95 each, l feel that a company of your size buying them in bulk would buy them a lot cheaper and should include them in the price of the unit. If someone from Mode reads this review your comments would be appreciated
