I have had poor communication with my order online. Ordered in June and had to personally follow up before they ever did. Delayed shipment and then when it was delivered a piece was damaged so now I have to wait another 2 weeks

The worst ever return policy and customer service in the industry.

When I purchased my patio set (5 items), I did not notice an opportunity to buy assembly. My items arrived in boxes and Modani would not assemble them for any price after I received the items, even though the items were not un-boxed nor was I offered assembly during my purchase.

They told me I could return the absolutely terribly made furniture. I tried to return it, but since I moved to New York, they gave me a very hard time even though I explained the furniture is being delivered, and I was not moving into the home in New York for another month, they assured me I would still be able to return it. The furniture was never used and because it was past the 30 days, but only four days that I actually have possession of the furniture they would not let me return it.
