Furniture piece had 2 damage sections out of the box. Delivery guys were excellent. Timing of delivery was off with no updates. Please contact me re damage piece delivered

I like my furniture. however, my couch sat in my entryway all wrapped up for almost 3 weeks. Delivery was extremely frustrating. Despite saying that the couch would go upstairs, delivery crew was not prepared to take the couch upstairs and instead left the unboxed couch in my entry way. it took almost 3 more weeks before the couch was moved upstairs.

I love my couch but I had a very rude experience with the local Houston sales representative. Due to a mistake the sales associate she made she then blew my phone up and talked rudely to me to try and force me to pay for their mistake.
