Not only did we receive a great product but our customer service was excellent! After we had difficulty receiving our order due to a tricky apartment block, we called Mocka to find out what was happening. Caroline was very easy to deal with and had the issue fixed on the same day! Our delivery man was also fantastic and helped carry the delivery to the apartment door which was more than he needed to do. Very pleased with our service and will order from Mocka again!
