Had great customer service experience when we had a slight issue with one of our orders. Our issue was quickly sorted easily via email and replacement parts sent out within the hour. Probably the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had for an online purchase issue.

Arrived quickly, no issues with delivery

Mocka have been great, but the 3rd party delivery service has been a hassle. They couldn't deliver it to the first location (would be better to know this at check out). No notice, as they apparently attempted the delivery but couldn't find the Australia Post store, had to contact the courier, which said it be out for delivery the next day. It then proceeded to sit in a depo for a week. It took them another week to locate it. Anyways. Crap courier service, but Mocka's comes, payment service etc hav all been fantastic

Excellent service fast delivery.

Mocka shipping and delivery of our granddaughter’s Finn Bed (her princess bed) was excellent. Ordered it late one night and it was delivered within a few days. It was packaged well.
