It was a very easy process to order the frame for our overly large, original to the house, builder grade mirror. The website contained easy to follow measuring instructions. Customer service was great in that we received emails alerting us to the reason for delay in shipping, as well as a followup email to see if we had any issues (we didn't). Great product and it really elevated the look of our old mirror. And the fact that we got it 20% off was what pushed me to finally order this product.

The frame was late shipping but they explained they were behind. They kept me updated on shipping dates and arrived in perfect condition. The frame is very well made.
