After sales communication tricky

I was sent the wrong item and one of the plates was broken. I’m not good on phone and wanted to send pictures of the wrong item and the broken plate. It was really difficult. No email on the website. Social media eventually gave up an email address. Had to wait a week for a reply. Once I had someone to talk to over email the problem was resolved really well. So online purchasing is great unless there is a problem. They force you to use phone. I prefer email so I have a record of everyone’s accountability.

Regretting sending the extras back! I ordered 6 plates and you sent me 6 pkts of 4 plates! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was very disappointed when

I was very disappointed when 2 out of the 3 lasagne dishes were smashed when their individual boxes were opened. I had taken the insurance option which I am sure is against ACCC policy! Only to discover that if I took the replacement option, the replacements would not be covered! I chose to have them credited. Claiming with a separate insurance company was an added complication. I will seriously rethink ordering online from MiniMax.
