I was very happy with the cutlery set I bought; it is a classic design that looks great for casual or more formal occasions. Ordering online was easy and the cutlery arrived safely and in good condition.

I like the products I purchased. I was able to swap one item and obtain a refund for the balance between them. I didn't appreciate the sales assistant chewing gum while serving. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I think that chewing gum while serving is not appropriate.

My order had one wrong item and one broken item. This was forgivable but getting in touch in writing (need to provide evidence of broken plate and wrong item) was very difficult. It was a slow process.

The delivery process was really frustrating. I live in proximity of the store, but had to buy "online" since it didn't show as being in stock in store. Then I couldn't track where the product was or when it would be delivered.
