I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars if I could. I have not received the goods I ordered over 3 weeks ago. No communication and have sent two emails requesting refund. No response. Not happy

Frustating dealing with a computer

Frustating dealing with a computer rather than immediately being put onto Customer Services. A phone call from a real person would go a long way to help such frustrating situations.

Not happy

Should have had a return label to me for the coffee plunger immediately & then an actual new one on the way, & then also an immediate reply for the screw that appeared under the instant pot, instead months later I’m still waiting for anything to happen & wasting my time replying repeatedly

Claiming for a Warranty

Claimed for a warranty and didn't even bother to investigate what you delivered and passed it as the warranty does not apply because the manufacturer "thinks" that the items are correct, this is the first and last time that I buy with you
