Complaint process a little difficult.

My order had one wrong item and one broken item. This was forgivable but getting in touch in writing (need to provide evidence of broken plate and wrong item) was very difficult. It was a slow process.

The delivery process was really

The delivery process was really frustrating. I live in proximity of the store, but had to buy "online" since it didn't show as being in stock in store. Then I couldn't track where the product was or when it would be delivered.

After sales communication tricky

I was sent the wrong item and one of the plates was broken. I’m not good on phone and wanted to send pictures of the wrong item and the broken plate. It was really difficult. No email on the website. Social media eventually gave up an email address. Had to wait a week for a reply. Once I had someone to talk to over email the problem was resolved really well. So online purchasing is great unless there is a problem. They force you to use phone. I prefer email so I have a record of everyone’s accountability.

Regretting sending the extras back! I ordered 6 plates and you sent me 6 pkts of 4 plates! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
