We are very pleased with the backwash system. It arrived in great condition, the water pressure is fantastic, and it is a few inches higher than our other bowls. We've ordered from Minerva in the past, and would certainly do it again!

Although it did come with a broken piece, Minerva replaced in 5 days. It works beautifully , and has cut down on my processing time!. My client also love the way it feels. It's very relaxing.
