When I took delivery of my new station and mirror set, I was crushed to discover the mirror was shattered. Already stressed out from opening my first business, I placed a distraught phone call to customer service, and spoke with Michael Ayoob, who was fantastic. Not only was he sympathetic, but he did everything in his power to get a replacement to me as soon as possible. 6 days later, the new mirror arrived, intact, and is now hanging on the wall of my barbershop.
