Wonderfully supportive and easy to coax into just the right position. As my physiotherapist has told me, that might be a different position depending on how your neck is feeling at any particular time. Allergies have limited my pillow choices, so this option was appealing. The pillow stays cool which is welcome. Added some of the extra hulls to suit me and it was nice to have this flexibility.

Overall a great pillow. I had my hesitations about it but I have gotten sick of regular pillows loosing their fluff and my neck getting worse and worse. The first two nights were a bit rough but then I added the extra buckwheat and it's perfect now. I have much sounder sleep and I feel like my neck has the support I need as I sleep on my side. I purchased the second largest pillow(can't remember the name) and I think any smaller would have been too small.
