I have used a buckwheat hull pillow for about 20 years. I'm on my 4th one. My problem was that I suffered with big puffy pillows whenever I travelled. This resulted in neck pain, headaches and just plain loss of sleep! Not what you want when you are also contending with jet lag, family issues or work stress on the trip as well.
