Took about 3 weeks and some adjusting of the filling to get used to it but I really like it. It's easy to adjust and it molds around your head. The pillows also more cool on average than others which is nice since it's summer. It's not a soft fluffy pillow though I think that should be obvious. Happy with the purchase

Great comfy firm pillow

Being a side sleeper looking for a great pillow after years of costly feather pillows that only last a few years, I took a chance on the ComfyNeck Plus Side Sleeper and the cylindrical shape turns out to be great for side sleepers and the buckwheat hulls remain cool and are firm and comfortable after adjusting for a night or two. The pillow is quality and the outside pillowcase with the Plus is nice material and colourful. I was sceptical about a buckwheat pillow but no more tossing and turning like the regular pillow resulting in better and uninterrupted sleep. Service was great, questions promptly answered, delivery was quick and it came sealed and hygienic. There is enough info on the website on how to get comfortable and enough pictures so you know what you’re getting.
