Hi Melissa & Dan I received the pillow stuffing. Wow I am happy with it a being delivered soon. After all these years of fighting with my pillow I now just take my fist and punch an indent in the pillow with this new stuffin and I have place to put my ear because I don't like to put so much weight on my ear plus I also have a place to put a kleenex in the punched area. I absolutely love my new buckwheat pillow! I'm a side sleeper & this pillow works perfectly. After my first night's sleep, I shared about these pillows with friends & on Facebook & encourage friends to check them out. I would recommend buying the pillowcase as well as the pillow is smaller than a normal queen size. Overall, this is the BEST purchase I've made in a long time & it will last :)

Hi there, I purchased from your store because it mentioned that you were a small family business, which I prefer to support. I was disappointed when I saw that it arrived packaged and shipped through Amazon, which I do not support because they are putting many small business out of business. Many small businesses where I live are really struggling. Amazon is destroying rural Canada. I will not order from your store again because of this. Please be more transparent about this on your website. Sincerely, Jennifer
