It's very sturdy, comfortable, and (strangely) smells amazing. I took the regular height one, and even with my rather large calves, it works perfectly. I would highly recommend this.

Approximately seven years ago, I bought three meditation benches with the higher rounded legs and slightly padded seats and keep one available at residences and another in my car. They allow me to reach my preferred posture quickly and easily. I prefer them to all other options I’ve tried. Thank you for the clean design and strength!
