Product works and functions as it should. This was a blessing as my old one just stopped working correctly and the motor was messed up but I didnt have it long. I commented on a Facebook ad about the air purifiers about how my old one didnt sound right. I wasnt expecting anything it was just a comment, but they contacted me and sent me a working one. I really needed it as im dealing with mold in my new house and really needed one that works correctly
