Customer service was wonderful when I called with questions. The rug itself is beautiful. It was a gift for my daughter so I haven’t seen it in person, but she loves it and pictures look just like the website. And I got it on sale with no delivery charge which made it an easy decision to purchase.

Really great piece- I’m very happy with the product’s quality. I’ve been burned in the past ordering similar products that end up more like bean bags without any weight or stability to them. This is not one of those- I’m a very satisfied customer.
