Happy with Happsy!
We took advantage of the Black Friday deals to replace our mattress and so I wasn't too surprised that it was taking longer than the website suggested. I called and spoke with an excellent customer service rep who confirmed that Happsy was (happily) inundated with orders and so there was a bit of a backlog in shipping. He checked my order and yes, it was scheduled to ship the next day.
I received the confirmation email with tracking info and the bed arrived as expected.
We left the opened bed to air for a day before replacing our current mattress and there was NO OUTGASSING! How wonderful!
Ours is King-sized and so is quite heavy.
The only suggestion I would make is to add something to grip on the sides for the purposes of working with the mattress to get it into place and for rotations, etc.
2 nights of sleeping on it so far. Getting adjusted to the differences. But so far, LOVING it.
