No, this is not a paid review. I actually bought two of these: one (twin) for my 7-year old son, one (queen) for my 82-year old mom. She recently had heart surgery and hadn't slept well UNTIL we fit her bed with this luxurious, soft yet firm (just right) topper.

Wonderful nights sleep no back pain!!

We wanted a safe mattress for our little one as he transitioned out of the crib. I have been SO pleased and impressed with this company from the customer service to the product. We chose them over avocado because they have the slight edge in not using adhesives and also they don’t do “zoning” of the springs. We didn’t want some firmer and less firmer zones because our son is little right now and the areas he needs support on the mattress are going to change a lot over the years. We got the mattress and topper and it is supportive but comfortable. Our son has been sleeping great on it and we feel good about having him on a mattress that isn’t releasing any toxins! We are already considering buying our next mattress from happsy.

My Happsy mattress came just as described and we carefully took it out of the plastic. What a lovely mattress! I chose this partly due to the embossed covering on top, as I didn't want button tufts sticking in me all night :). I had researched for many months which organic mattress I wanted to purchase. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to buy this one. I am a back sleeper and after I aired it out a few days, I slept on it. It is a little firmer than I was used to, but it was fine. My old mattress was a cushy mess that left me sleeping in a valley, so this was great. I am very, very MCS (multiple chemical sensitive) and even the slightest odor from the natural latex gave me a bad headache. I gave it a good try and came to the conclusion that it wasn't going to work for me after multiple headaches/migraines. I contacted the customer service line and spoke with the manager, Dale. Oh my word, what a wonderful guy he is! I had chatted online about a mattress cover a few weeks before this and he went over the top to help me, so I knew who he was when he told me his name. Dale was incredibly thoughtful, kind, accommodating and was so understanding of my issues. He immediately refunded me for the mattress within an hour or so. His compassion and caring about me was over the top again. I am so grateful to him for his fabulous customer service and immediate service at that - and all that on New Year's Eve! I absolutely highly recommend the Happsy mattress, even though it didn't work for me. I am an unusual breed with my sensitivities, but for the "normal" person, it wouldn't be an issue. I told Dale I wanted to leave a review for how wonderful his service was for me, and he encouraged me to let other readers know my experience to help them make a decision about purchasing their mattress. WOW, someone that cares so much about others!!! So, I am overboard with praise for him and the company. You can not go wrong with them and if things don't work out, they will go the extra 100 miles to make it right! Also, I had spoken with Taylor a few times too and she was awesome!! So, thank you Dale, Taylor and Happsy for such a great experience. This company will make you happy/Happsy all the way around. You all are awesome!!!!
