The customer service is incredible. They took so much of their time to help me decide which mattress would be best for my children. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I was only going to get one at first but I ended up getting two. I am extremely pleased. I want one for myself now! I am relieved that my little ones are comfortable and safe with the organic mattress. I feared it would be too soft with medium firmness to support their growth, as firm is recommended for young children, but this is plenty firm for them! I actually find it extremely comfortable for myself. And my little ones sleep so very well! When I’m able to get one for my husband and myself, I may consider also getting the extra topper for extra softness. This product is exceptional, with its high quality along with the peace of mind it provides, is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

We purchases the king mattress and pillow topper a few months ago and have been very happy with it so far. At first if felt more firm, but now it is just right. Really love that it is natural with no off gases. My husband I were able to set both up with ease. Love the process of it expanding. Very comfortable knowing we can try it out for a period of time. Just hope it lasts us many years!

Very pleased with the mattress. It is a bit firmer than I expected but I do feel I have proper spine alignment when I sleep. It is most comfortable for back sleeping but is generally great all around. I do not notice much movement from my husbands side of the bed which is good. Also, I highly recommend purchasing the added topper. It does make it more comfortable. Keep in mind it is not a cushy topper. It is still somewhat firm. The mattress shipped very fast!

We have had our Happsy K size mattress for a few weeks now and are really pleased. All of the wonderful reviews are correct - easy delivery and set up, fun to watch it open up, no outgassing (never had a mattress like this), and we have not needed a topper - it feels very comfortable and is gentle on pain points. Also, the customer service has been responsive and helpful before during and after purchase. Thank you!
