Delivery was good; 2 mattresses/2 toppers were left at our door which was ok, however, we were not home, email/text notification of delivery similar to "you know who" would be helpful in the future if possible. Excellent packing as well as the directions for unpackaging. I am 78 and the mattress and topper together are the best set I ever used! Incredibly comfortable. I purchased the mattresses first, then 2 months later the toppers. I highly recommend both, I thought the mattress was comfortable but adding the topper was a big difference in comfort. Additionally I have less back and neck issues.

We love our mattresses, but I especially love how quickly we received our order, as well as how friendly and helpful Customer Service was.I called them twice, once to ask questions before ordering, and once because, after I placed my order, I realized I had made a huge mistake. It was quickly fixed by a cheerful, helpful person.

Nice quality sheets. I honestly enjoy them a lot, and glad I could find a nice affordable choice of ethical and sustainable sheets. They are very breathable and pleasant to sleep on. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for quality, natural sheets to sleep on.

The mattress is amazing by itself, and we also got the mattress topper, which is like icing on the cake. Haven’t slept this well in a long time. Also, shipping was a breeze; received the mattress in a matter of days. For anyone needing to slide it up a set of stairs it is a bit of a workout for one person, but feasible. Definitely doable with two people. The website FAQs answered most of my questions, and customer service was very responsive to questions I asked before the purchase. Would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd organic bed that I own... the other 2 are from different companies... this bed is just as awesome as the other bed’s for half the price!...
