Our original experience with Happsy's staff was wonderful. They were easy to reach and answered all of our questions over the phone and were very thorough and helpful. The other company we were considering couldn't be reached by phone after many attempts. After doing extensive research for two years we purchased two mattresses from Happsy, one for our bedroom and one for our guest room. We wanted a non-toxic mattress, and Happsy was among the two best in terms of purity of components. Happsy was the best in terms of value. The mattress was available in medium-firm, which my husband was very happy with. Unfortunately, I found that I need a mattress that is a bit firmer due to my back issues, so I requested that the company accept a return of the mattress that we had purchased for our bedroom. We will keep the one we purchased for the guest room because we want our kids to have the best when they come to visit. Another demonstration of excellent customer service: Dale, the Happsy manager, was very helpful with the return and agreed to let us arrange to have the mattress donated to a 501(c)(3) charitable organization rather letting it go to waste. I highly recommend this company for both their product and their exceptional customer service.
