First, I had to call to ask a question about the mattress pad before ordering and and someone answered the phone! No automated menu to go through, just a wonderful, kind, helpful human being on the other end of the phone! He answered my questions and provided some additional information to help me make my decision. I placed an order for an organic mattress pad and am so pleased. It is breathable on the sides and waterproof on the top. There is NO crinkle sound to it. It’s as perfect as you can get for a mattress pad. Worth the money!

Ordering was simple, Shipping was fast, and the mattress is amazing. Perfect comfort. Because of the organic materials, I was able to make the bed right out of the box with no off-gassing or unpleasantness and I didn't have to stay home all day waiting for delivery of a bulky old-fashioned mattress. I have spent thousands on other organic brands in the past and now HAPPSY has beaten them all. Love it.
