I received my order within days. The package was easy to open. No oder upon opening package. Works with my adjustable frame. I've been getting consistently good night sleeps since I've had it, for over a month. I have hip problems so was looking for a mattress that would allow me to sleep through the night. I still wake bc of other medical problems but this allows me to fall back asleep quickly.

Very comfortable and love that you can start sleeping in it same day you set it up.
