After three weeks I emailed to see what was going on and request a refund.

I ordered 2 electronic mouse repellers on July 4th. I never received them. I just cancelled the order yesterday after contacting your customer service 3 tlmes since the beginning of July. I'm sure the issue is beyond their control. I have other units just like I ordered and they work very well so I wanted to add to my armory. I sure hope you get the problem repaired and can fill the order in the future. Customer service was very responsive to my request for information but couldn't help.
