Great customer service. I ordered an entire bedroom set. I did have a problem. After owning the bunk bed for one week, the metal bar broke loose because the bracket was not welded correctly. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new bracket. So far it's holding and don't seem to have any further issues. I also had an issue with the nightstand draw hanging up and not closing smoothly. The company sent me a brand new nightstand. My experience with Max and Lily have been excellent. The quality of the furniture is very good from what I can see as I was the one who actually put it together and would give it a good rating for the price point you are paying. It's all solid wood and assembles fairly easily. If you ever bought anything from IKEA there is absolutely no comparison. IKEA furniture is garbage.
